Prioritize and Thrive
Founded by Tracy Fallon

Hi, I’m Tracy, and I help women in mid-life who feel off-course and overwhelmed by change make sense of what’s happening—so they can gain clarity, confidence, and a clear path forward.

It's not about a new you...it's about understanding who you have become and building a life that actually fits.

Because mid-life isn’t a crisis to survive.
It’s an opportunity to reinvent yourself on purpose.

Inspiration and Problem: I started this business to be the resource for women I wish had been there for me. Mid-life brings on a lot of changes all at once - our bodies change thanks to menopause, our family dynamics change because our kids don't need us as much but our parents do, and our tolerance for our career and relationships shifts. And it happens at a time when we realize that our life no longer fits the woman we've become. I'm there to help women navigate all this and then reinvent themselves.

Success for me comes one client at a time. It comes when I ask the right question that disrupts their thought pattern and leaves them speechless. I can see their mind struggling to compute the new data, which usually leads to tears of recognition. This is when the thing that's been keeping them stuck loses its grip.

Achievement: I was in the right place at the right time and had the honor of co-founding The Becoming Method with my friend, Twila Johnson. Twila's book Becoming: A Memoir of Silence, Survival, and the Courage to Speak was turned into a 10-week experience for women who are ready to move from survival to integration and from silence to self-trust. They are ready to re-author their lives with courage, compassion, and connection and move from survival to purposeful becoming. The results we are seeing are beyond amazing!

Support: We have opportunities for people learn more about the program as you experience it first-hand. Dates and locations can be found on thebecomingprogram.org. Or, schedule a 1:1 with me at prioritizeandthrive.com/contact.
