We get this question a lot and the answer is rather simple - Show Up Networking wants to ensure no woman ever feels alone. Our time is valuable and we wanted to create a resource that provides, features and shares some of the wonderous offerings available to women throughout the Twin Cities and Minnesota (yes, even Wisconsin sometimes too!).

Meet the Woman Behind Show Up Networking
Andrea Potashnick, the Founder and woman behind Show Up Networking, spent countless years in the workforce feeling like she was on an island by herself. She desired a place where she could connect and network with women, but where to begin?
After digging into all of the networking, women-focused groups or events around the Twin Cities Andrea quickly realized that the space and people were there, but were buried across various platforms and were hard to locate. Instead of spending countless hours trying to find an event or group near her, Andrea made the decision to create that space herself.
In 2025, Andrea founded Show Up Networking as a universal space that curates events, groups and organizations focusing on women and the unique experiences we face as parents, entrepreneurs, employees and women throughout the Twin Cities.
“We needed a space for us women to connect, share and support each other that was unique to us and our experiences. That is why I created Show Up Networking, as a place to gather and build relationships specifically for women.”
