WWRC Presents: A Fresh Take on Food Retail @ Coborn’s Market & Table

Join us for a special morning to explore the brand-new Coborn’s Market & Table and celebrate the incredible women behind it!

This flagship concept blends fresh groceries, chef-driven dining, and a welcoming community space - highlighting local flavors, quality products, and something for everyone.

We will be hosted by Alicia Hinze, Owner & Pastry Chef of The Buttered Tin, and Emily Coborn Wright, President of Coborn’s Inc., along with the incredible women who helped bring this concept to life.

Together, they will share the story behind Market & Table - from Alicia’s journey building a beloved Twin Cities bakery and her latest expansion in this new space, to Coborn’s deep-rooted commitment to local foods and community-driven retail.

We will also hear from instrumental members of the Market & Table team, including:

  • Macey Brickweg, Health and Nutrition Program Manager

  • Kristine Holthusen, Store Director

  • Megan Stevens, Category Manager of Local Assortment

Each brings a unique perspective in helping shape this dynamic, community-focused retail experience.
