Event Highlights: Vision without execution is daydreaming. At our January Lunch Meeting, learn how AI can help bridge that gap by turning your goals into daily habits and measurable progress.

From Vision Board to Action Plan: Using AI to Make Your Goals Real

Meet our Guest Speaker: Michelle Kamrath Fields is the Co-Founder and CEO of AI Mentors, a Minnesota-based, women-owned consulting firm dedicated to helping leaders and organizations confidently adopt artificial intelligence. With over two decades of experience leading marketing and digital transformation for global brands like Nike, Eddie Bauer, John Deere, and Ashley Furniture, Michelle has built a career at the intersection of creativity, technology, and strategy. At AI Mentors, she focuses on helping organizations in highly regulated industries, such as finance, law, healthcare, and insurance, develop responsible AI frameworks that balance innovation, compliance, and human impact. Her approach is practical, ethical, and deeply rooted in empowering people to thrive alongside technology, not be replaced by it. Michelle is also a proud mom to a 17-year-old daughter, which fuels her mission to make AI a tool for empowerment and equality. She believes the next generation of women shouldn’t just adapt to the future of AI, they should lead it. Known for her straight-talking style and her ability to make complex topics approachable, Michelle inspires audiences to see AI not as a threat, but as a new language of leadership, creativity, and possibility.
