Between running a business, managing a career, keeping up with family life (including endless piles of laundry), finding the time or energy to "network" can feel like adding one more heavy item to an already overflowing list of things to-do.
If you’ve ever felt guilty for turning down a late-afternoon happy hour or skipping an early morning coffee chat, of which I’ve done both recently, you are not alone. Networking shouldn't feel like another chore that leaves you drained. Here are some ideas to protect your energy, set boundaries, and still stay deeply connected on your own terms.
